Please note that we will not be held responsible for a failed delivery under any circumstances. If you would like your item tracked please advise us so that we can advise the supplier in China. Tracking costs will be for the buyers account and will not be the responsibility of the seller or the supplier.
Please note that the delivery period is + – 4 – 6 weeks from China. Weeks are made up of business days Monday – Friday excluding public holidays.
Refunds will only be entertained on receipt of the damaged goods by our office so that we can carry out an inspection on the damage and then report back to the supplier in China. This process can also take up to 4 weeks from receipt of the damaged goods.
Postage costs for return of goods to our office in Australia NSW is the buyers responsibility.
